Community Clinics
Provide general medical care for families & individuals and accept Apple Health (Medicaid).
Wed & Thurs 6:00pm – 9:00pm by appointment or drop-in
Services are for youth (ages 12-23) who are currently homeless or have been homeless in the last 12 months
Community Mental Health Resources
Provides counseling & behavioral health services and accepts Apple Health (Medicaid) for payment. Some clinics may also offer a reduced rate or sliding fee scale. Please call for more details on specific services.
