Domestic Violence Resources
The local hotline (206) 812-1001 accepts calls from videophone and can connect you with an advocate who is able to assist people who are survivors of Domestic and Sexual Violence and who need help. Services are free of charge and available to people who are Deaf, DeafBlind or hard of hearing and are residents of King, Pierce or Snohomish County.
The National Deaf Hotline is a 24-hour local domestic violence and sexual assault crisis line. This hotline provides confidential resources, education, and support for Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing individuals related to domestic violence or sexual assault. Resources are also available for providers, teachers, friends, and family members. Trained advocates can offer support and advocacy for medical needs, to accompany you to the hospital, legal proceedings, or going with you to the police.
