Maternity Support Services & Infant Case Management

First Steps/Maternity Support Services (MSS) provide extra help for pregnant women receiving Pregnancy Medicaid insurance. Help may include nutrition education, counseling services and parenting support.

This is a Family Planning Only insurance coverage program which offers free birth control/family planning services for women, men and teens regardless of immigration status.
