New Parent Support

Offers a program called Perinatal Education and Resilience Collaborative (PERC). Call the Warm Line to get connected to a Parent Specialist and receive continued one-one-one support.

Community Mental Health Resources

Now offering a clinical therapy program for women who are pregnant, postpartum or parenting a child up to age 2 who are experiencing or at risk for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Services currently offered via telehealth. Accepts insurance as well as offers a sliding fee scale.

Postpartum Depression Support

Provides information and referral to support groups for pregnant and postpartum women experiencing mood disorders like depression.

- A line for fathers is also available by request. Dads can talk to another dad about their mental health needs during this period and gather information about how best to support their partner.
- This resource is experienced in serving same sex partners and LGBTQIA+ families. Call and ask for a parent or professional from the LGBTQIA+ community.
