Public Health Services for Children with Special Needs
Children with Special Health Care Needs Coordinators (CSHCN) can help children get screened and connected to services in their area if there is a medical concern or developmental delay.
Mon-Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm*
*Closed daily from 12:00pm – 1:00pm
Closed 3rd Tuesday of each month from 10:30am -1:00pm
