Maternity Support Services & Infant Case Management

First Steps/Maternity Support Services (MSS) provide extra help for pregnant women receiving Pregnancy Medicaid insurance. Help may include nutrition education, counseling services and parenting support.

Birth Control Services (Family Planning)

Offers family planning services, including annual exams and birth control options and accepts Apple Health (Medicaid).

Community Clinics

Provide general medical care for families & individuals and accept Apple Health (Medicaid).

Immunization Clinics

Provides children’s immunizations and accepts Apple Health (Medicaid).

Pregnancy Testing

Free or low cost pregnancy tests

Prenatal Care

Community clinics that provide prenatal care for pregnant women & accept Apple Health (Medicaid). Please call to see if clinics are currently accepting new patients. For additional information, you can call Help Me Grow Washington at 800-322-2588.

Family Planning Only Program

This is a Family Planning Only insurance coverage program which offers free birth control/family planning services for women, men and teens regardless of immigration status. Eligibility is based on income and insurance status. Call the WA Help Me Grow Hotline at 1-800-322-2588 to see if you are eligible for Family Planning Only.

The Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
