The Civil Rights Division accepts complaints that an employer has failed to accommodate an employee’s pregnancy or breastfeeding needs. Contact the Office of the Attorney General by emailing pregnancy@atg.wa.gov or by leaving a message on the toll-free line (833) 389-2427.
