Offers Catholic Immigration Legal Services

Eastside Legal Assistance Program

At the Eastside Legal Assistance Program’s free legal clinics, clients receive appointments for 30 minutes for General Law, 45 minutes for Bankruptcy or Immigration Law, and 1 hr for Family Law, with an attorney to discuss and receive advice on how to address their legal issue.

Appointments can be made by calling 425.747.7274 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Interpretation services are available for non-English speaking callers.

Entre Hermanos

Entre Hermanos is a member of Seattle-King County’s Legal Defense Network. Entre Hermanos’ Immigration Program aims to achieve the rights of immigrants through direct legal services, with a particular focus on support for members of the LGBTQ Latino community.

To qualify for FREE Legal Defense Network assistance, you must:

-Be an immigrant in detention, facing deportation, or at risk because of your immigration status
-Live or work in Seattle or live in King County; AND
-Have a household income below 200% of the federal poverty level.

Lavender Rights Project

Monthly Legal Clinic 2nd Saturday of the month 12:00pm – 2:00pm

Gain access to:

- up-to-date documentation for state IDs, passports, birth certificates and social security information
- resources to help you navigate the process of updating your name and/or gender marker on various documents
- notaries to get any and all documentation notarized as necessary*
- medical providers to review your medical record and sign letters*
- staff attorneys to discuss legal issues

Provides free legal assistance for low-income individuals and families who have members with developmental disabilities and special health care needs

World Relief (Seattle)

World Relief Seattle’s Immigration Legal Services team can help with immigration needs. Their legal representatives are accredited by the Department of Justice to practice immigration law. They offer free or low cost legal services and offers services in English, Spanish, French, Russian and Ukrainian.
