Seattle Parents of Preemies

Peer-led support group for parents of preemies & infants that experienced a prolonged NICU stay. Through in-person & online meetings, our group offers members community, support & education on topics relating to prematurely born and medically fragile children. We welcome all families, even those living outside of WA state. Meetings are held monthly.

Skagit Valley Hospital

New Mom’s Group offered every Thursday 11:00am – 12:00pm at the Family Birth Center 3rd floor Waiting Room

St Francis Hospital (Family Birth Center)

Meets the 2nd & 4th Sat 10:00am – 11:30am
Balance after Birth:
A free drop-in support group for new parents to talk about the emotional changes & challenges of parenthood. Babies up to a year are welcome to attend

Swedish Medical Center Childbirth & Parenting Classes

Offers New Mom Support Group & Gathering Moms Drop-in Support Group. Please call for more information.

Vashon Playspace
