Naval Base Kitsap Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)

Services, support, resources and referrals offered to military families who have a family member with special health care need. Activities may include movies, swimming and bowling.

Navy Exceptional Family Member Program (EFM) Respite Care

Helps Navy families who have children with special needs by providing a few hours of respite care per month. The services allow parents temporary relief to attend appointments or gather some much-needed rest.

NW Down Syndrome Association

Empowers and supports families and individuals who have been touched by developmental disabilities including Down syndrome.

Open Doors for Multicultural Families

Parent workshops and support groups offered for families of specific cultures and languages such as Arabic, Somali, Tigrinya/Amharic and African American communities
