Pandemic EBT Benefits (Emergency School Meals Program)

Pandemic EBT Benefits (P-EBT) provide families with funds to make up for the cost of meals while school was closed due to COVID-19. This benefit is for Washington children in grades K-12 who receive free or reduced-price school meals. P-EBT is for all students regardless of citizenship or immigration status.

These benefits will be on an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card which is used like a debit card to buy groceries.

SNAP EBT Online Purchasing Pilot

The Food and Nutrition Service has launched a pilot program that allows you to use your Basic Food benefits for online, grocery orders using your Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card and pin.

You can use your EBT card to buy groceries online at Safeway.com, Amazon.com and Walmart.com.*

*Some stores offer curbside grocery pick-up only, and others offer delivery. Check the websites for more details.
