Perinatal Support Washington

Offers a program called Perinatal Education and Resilience Collaborative (PERC). Call the Warm Line to get connected to a Parent Specialist and receive continued one-one-one support.

Prepares Pregnancy & Parent Support Program

Parent support services offered to anyone in WA State from pregnancy through a child’s 5th birthday. Find your local contact for information & enrollment details. Prepares is sponsored by the Catholic Church and is run by volunteers. Services include:
- Basic Needs/Baby Supplies
- Parenting Support Groups
- Play Groups
- Family Companions

Embracing the New Normal

Offers Embracing Your Newborn 0-3 Months a free class to meet other new parents and share the challenges and joys of parenting. Other groups are available for parents of children newborn through preschool. Some classes have a fee.

Fleet & Family Support Center (Smokey Point)

Offers the New Parent Support Program for military families who are expecting or have young children under 3.
