Programs to help income-eligible individuals save money on their phone or internet bill.

AT&T Access (Discounted Internet Service)

The Access program from AT&T provides a low-cost option for home internet access to low-income households. Apply online, or print and mail your application.

Internet Essentials (Comcast)

Internet Essentials, a program of Comcast, provides low-cost access to the Internet. They also provide affordable computers, as well as digital literacy training. Apply online or over the phone.

Lifeline Affordable Telephone Service

The Lifeline Program is a government supported program that provides a free cell phone and airtime each month for income-eligible customers. Please click on “Companies Near Me” link for a list of participating phone companies in your area.

WA State Drive-In WiFi Hot Spots

Drive-In WiFi Hotspots provide free temporary, emergency internet access for Washingtonians who do not have broadband service to their homes. Access is available to all residents with specific emphasis on remote learning for students. Also, this service can be used for job searches, telehealth, telework, unemployment filing, and census participation.

Emergency Broadband Benefit Program

EBB is a temporary program that helps families and households who are struggling to afford internet service during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This program provides a discount on monthly high-speed internet bills for qualifying low-income households. Those eligible can receive:
• Up to a $50/month discount on broadband service and associated equipment rentals.
• Up to a $75/month discount if a household is on tribal lands.
• A one-time discount of up to $100 for a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer.

Only one monthly service discount and one device discount allowed per household.
